If you're considering an exchange for Tea Accessories, you have 30 days from receipt to swap it for a credit equal to the item's value. Please note, we cannot accept returns of opened tea due to its nature as a food item.

To initiate an exchange, just follow these steps:
1. Email us at contact@rootlyorganics.com with your request. Include your full name, address, order number, the items you'd like to exchange, and a brief explanation for the return. We promise to get back to you with an authorization number within two business days, assuming all is in order.
2. Send your items back to us at the following address. The return shipping cost is on you, but you're free to choose the shipping service that you find most convenient:

3. Once we've received your items in their original condition, we'll process your exchange and ship out your new products within two working days. Please remember that we don't refund the shipping charges for returned or exchanged items.
